New Commission Fellowship was founded in 1992 by Apostle E.A. Perry. He appointed Gary Cypress as Senior Pastor of New Commission Fellowship in 1999. Walking in his calling for 24 years, Pastor Gary and First Lady Ida Cypress have touched the lives of many new converts through God’s word, laying the foundation for them to become disciples and equipping them for the work of the ministry.

Pastor and First Lady Cypress’ primary focus is on Building Relationships with Christ in Action, through Word, Prayer, Fellowship, Witnessing, and to teach the infallible Word of God until the Lord’s return. Their utmost desire is to fulfill the Lord’s Great Commission.
